Here you enter a genuine museum with no frontiers where artefacts from different museums are displayed together with monuments and sites from all over Europe and the Mediterranean region. The Museum’s Permanent Collection and Database include at present 850 artefacts from 42 museums and 385 monuments and sites from 11 countries related to Islamic Art in the Mediterranean. Temporary Exhibitions will be launched in spring 2007. In the Partner Museums section you can view separately the items contributed by each museum to the joint Permanent Collection and find out more about each museum.
