Description:

Reticulated double-walled composite-bodied ceramic ewer, the openwork shell decorated with seated princely figures enclosed in curvilinearized dodecagonal compartments. The ewer was wheel-thrown and moulded, pierced, underglaze-painted in black, transparent turquoise glaze detailed with cobalt blue.
